- If there is a piece on your Instagram that is not in the Store, can I still purchase it?
Absolutely! As long as it isn't sold or a commission, it's up for sale. Just email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and specify the piece you're looking for (photographs are always helpful), and I'll send you a price.
- How long do you take to ship out your items?
I usually ship orders out 1 - 5 days after your purchase was finalized. If you're in a bind and need your artwork shipped overnight or sooner, please contact me as soon as possible.
- How will I know when my item is shipped?
I will send you an email letting you know that the package was shipped, along with a tracking number. Works on paper are shipped in a tube, and anything painted/on canvas is shipped in a box via USPS First Class Shipping.
- Do you ship internationally?
I do! However, I cannot provide a tracking code for you. Instead, I can provide you insurance and a customs number.
- What happens if my order comes in damaged?
In the unlikely event that your artwork is damaged through the mail, please email me a photo of the damage as soon as you receive the work and we can work together to rectify the situation. Please make sure to save all packaging.
- Are all sales final?
All sales are indeed final unless your piece is damaged through the mail.
- Do you take commissions?
Certainly! If there's a certain kind of image (whether it be a portrait, pet portrait, drawing, etc.) let me know what you're looking for and we can work out a price.
- How long do commissions take?
It depends on the subject matter and medium. Drawings generally take less time than paintings do. Depending on size, paintings can take anywhere from two weeks to two months. The smaller the painting, the quicker I can finish it.
- Can I see more specific detail shots of an artwork?
Sure! Just send me an email and I can email you detail shots. Just keep in mind that screens may not display the exact color of a painting.
